The turning point came after the Noida Authority's 222nd Board Meeting on April 6, 2026, which lifted the long-standing registry restrictions in the Sports City cluster, aligned with Supreme Court directives, significantly improving market confidence and reopening the path for registries in compliant projects.
Following this clearance, ACE Group has announced plans for new developments in the region, signalling long-term confidence in the market's next growth cycle.

The developer has played a pivotal role in shaping Sector 150's premium landscape through residential developments such as ACE Golfshire and ACE Parkway, as well as the sector's first commercial destination, Ace Medley Avenue.
Infrastructure Catalysts
Over the past five years, residential prices in the region have recorded massive appreciation, with demand continuing to rise in 2026. Current valuations reflect this trajectory: property values in the range of INR 14,000 to INR 17,000 per sq. ft., firmly establishing it within Noida's premium bracket.

The Authority is also developing the Chilla elevated road and a link road from the Mahamaya Flyover to Pushta Road to further ease traffic pressure.
