ACE Arte Crosses Rs 2,100 Crore in Sales in Noida Sector 150 Project

ACE Arte, the latest luxury residential project by ACE Group in Sector 150, Noida, has recorded project sales worth Rs 2,100 crore, according to a report filed from Noida on 27 October 2026. The figure refers to the total sales value of the project and places the development among the notable premium housing launches in the city's expressway corridor.
The project is spread across approximately 15 acres and comprises 784 residences. The group has positioned the development as a low-density project, with around 80 percent of the land kept as open space and landscaped greens. The response, according to the developer, reflects growing buyer interest in differentiated homes in Noida. Coverage of the sales figure carried by PTI and other outlets framed it as evidence of rising demand for premium housing in the city.
Design, layout and unit details
ACE Arte has been developed by architect Hafeez Contractor and follows a neo-classical design language. The project is conceptualised around the idea of art meeting architecture, and the group has said the design aims to create a sense of grandeur while preserving generous open areas. Ajay Choudhary, Founder, Chairman and Managing Director of ACE Group, said the group's approach was intended to give residents a distinctive architectural identity and a lifestyle-led setting.
The development is planned across 11 towers rising to 23 floors. Its amenities include a clubhouse of approximately 50,000 square feet and around nine acres of landscaped areas. Residences are offered in spacious configurations, with listed unit sizes of 1,927 sq ft for a 3 BHK, 2,614 sq ft for a 4 BHK and 4,370 sq ft for the largest 4 BHK plus study or servant format.

The development is executed by ACE Infracity Developers Private Limited, and the address is Plot No. SC-02G, Sector 150, Sports City, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh 201310. The registered proposed start date is 15 August 2026, and the declared completion date is 15 February 2031.
The launch of ACE Arte is also the group's 25th project and its fourth development in Sector 150, following ACE Golfshire, ACE Parkway and ACE Medley Avenue. The new project extends the group's footprint in the sector while adding a residential offering with a larger scale of homes.
Location and connectivity
Sector 150 sits within the Sports City development and is set in a green environment. Residents will have access to the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, the Yamuna Expressway and the Eastern Peripheral Expressway. The Yamuna Expressway begins near Greater Noida's Pari Chowk and runs for 165 kilometres as a high-speed corridor.
The nearest metro connection is the Sector 148 station on the operating Aqua Line, about 3 to 4 kilometres away by road. Noida International Airport began commercial operations on 15 June 2026 with a first-phase capacity of 12 million passengers a year, and the airport is roughly 35 to 50 minutes away by road depending on traffic. Analysts have linked the choice of Sector 150 to the influence of infrastructure and emerging urban corridors on residential value.
