Architectural collaborations have raised the design bar further — ACE Parkway, for example, was conceived by Hafeez Contractor, with interiors associated with Gauri Khan, a pairing that was distinctly uncommon in the mid-premium NCR segment at the time of its launch.

ACE's portfolio spans multiple residential formats across three core geographies: Noida and the Noida Expressway corridor, Greater Noida West (Noida Extension), and the Yamuna Expressway belt stretching toward the upcoming Noida International Airport at Jewar. Delivered projects include ACE City, ACE Aspire, ACE Golfshire, ACE Divino, ACE Parkway, and the 50-acre ACE Palm Floors township in Gurugram. Active residential developments include ACE Starlit in Sector 152, ACE Han'ei in Greater Noida West, ACE Terra and ACE Acreville on the Yamuna Expressway, and ACE Estate. Commercial offerings such as ACE 153 in Sector 153 and ACE YXP on the Yamuna Expressway extend the group's reach into retail and office formats.
