ACE Group was founded in Noida in 2010 by Ajay Choudhary, starting with the project ACE Platinum in Sector 150. In fifteen years the company has grown from a single affordable housing launch into a multi-crore real estate conglomerate. Its corporate headquarters, a building called Ace Studio, sits at Plot 01B, Sector 126, Noida — itself a structure the developer designed and built. Today the group has delivered approximately 15 million square feet of completed built-up space, served over 10,000 homebuyers, and maintains an active under-construction pipeline of roughly 21 million square feet including joint ventures across the Delhi NCR corridor.

From the outset ACE has approached real estate as a process of deliberate craft rather than volume production. Every stage from land acquisition through structural design to project handover is managed with in-house accountability. The group adopted Mivan aluminium shuttering technology on projects such as ACE Terra and ACE Han'ei to produce faster cycle times, more uniform concrete finishes, and stronger structural integrity. Architectural collaborations have raised the design bar further — ACE Parkway, for example, was conceived by Hafeez Contractor, with interiors associated with Gauri Khan, a pairing that was distinctly uncommon in the mid-premium NCR segment at the time of its launch.

ACE's portfolio spans multiple residential formats across three core geographies: Noida and the Noida Expressway corridor, Greater Noida West (Noida Extension), and the Yamuna Expressway belt stretching toward the upcoming Noida International Airport at Jewar. Delivered projects include ACE City, ACE Aspire, ACE Golfshire, ACE Divino, ACE Parkway, and the 50-acre ACE Palm Floors township in Gurugram. Active residential developments include ACE Starlit in Sector 152, ACE Han'ei in Greater Noida West, ACE Terra and ACE Acreville on the Yamuna Expressway, and ACE Estate. Commercial offerings such as ACE 153 in Sector 153 and ACE YXP on the Yamuna Expressway extend the group's reach into retail and office formats.

ACE Group's founding philosophy holds that a home is not a transaction but the physical setting in which a family's life unfolds. That conviction shapes decisions at every scale: the density of towers on a site, the proportion of land kept as open green space, the quality of common-area finishes, and the responsiveness of the team after keys are handed over. Every project is registered and displayed transparently under UP-RERA or HR-RERA, reflecting a commitment to regulatory accountability that the group has upheld since its first launch.
