ACE Group, founded in 2010 by Ajay Choudhary and headquartered in Sector 126, Noida, has delivered approximately 16.5 million sq ft of residential and commercial projects across the Noida–Greater Noida corridor, with a current under-construction pipeline of approximately 21 million sq ft including joint ventures. The 1,000-acre Noida Film City in Sector 21, under YEIDA oversight, is advancing in phases and is expected to generate sustained employment and ancillary demand across the belt. YEIDA has also approved the DPR for a Pod Taxi Personal Rapid Transit corridor connecting Jewar Airport to Sector 21 Film City across approximately 14.6 km, with a planned extension to Pari Chowk bringing the total alignment to at least 25 km.
